30 DAYS AFTER THE DAY OF DELIVERY FREE RETURNS, WE WILL PAY FOR SHIPPING if your order meet one of the conditions below:
- We only accept returns if it is within 30 days from the date you received our items, any item that was overdue will not be issued for a refund or exchange.
- We only allow return on items that are unused and have not been worn or washed.
- Each FREE RETURN LABEL -FRL (this is to help you send back a purchase without a return shipping fee) is valid for one order only, please understand that you cannot request multiple times for only one order.

Accessorizeclothing.com always do our best to ensure all the goods arrive in perfect condition. However, if the mistake happens, we will change the damaged goods at no cost to the client or credit them in the customer’s account in case the change is impossible. If there is an order with one product missed or the order is not complete due to the improper packing or incorrect picking, we will complete the order or replace the particular item with no charge to the customer as well.
Contact us within 30 days and return will be set up.
Items shipped from wozzyshop.com, including Sale Deals, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.
Free Return Label is valid for only one order. We ask that you send it back within 7 days. All packages received without an FRL number are not acceptable.
If a return does not come back in the condition it was sent out in, (i.e.. a torn cable on a display assembly, scratches, used adhesive, etc.) a refund may be denied (or additional charges may apply), and the item can be sent back out to you at your expense. If your part doesn’t qualify for a refund, we will reach out to you, and if there is no response within 7 days, the part will be properly recycled.
